Born 9 May 1946. Educated at St Aloysius College, Highgate, St Edmund’s College, Ware, St Mary’s University College, Twickenham, B.Ed. Ordained Priest 1972; Curate St Joseph’s, Hanwell, 1972-75; Member of Diocesan Catechetical Office 1975-77; Curate St Paul’s, Wood Green 1977-83; Parish Priest Our Lady Help of Christians, Kentish Town 1983-90; Vicar General Archdiocese of Westminster 1990-93; Administrator Westminster Cathedral 1993-2001; Auxiliary Bishop of Westminster 2001-11; Archbishop of Cardiff 2011; Chairman of the National Office for Vocation Bishop’ Conference of England and Wales; Knight Commander of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre, Knight of the Constantinian Order of St George
